Yesterday when i was about to log out from work, we were talking about the theme we are going to do for next week contest in "Decorate our Bay". ( This April we have a calendar of activities and one of those are wearing a specific color for that night) So i reminded my coach that tonight is wear your yellow shirt. Since I'm the last to log out (and *****) i told him that i would just texts everybody to wear yellow shirt. So i did. Our coach reminded us about it later thru text message.
So night time arrive, i was happy to see that everyone in our bay was wearing a yellow shirt! well... most of us did. Out of 19 ( since our sme was absent due to sickness should be 20) only 3 are not wearing yellow.. i asked them why didn't they wear and participate (said that they don't have one).
Before our shift ended, our OM noticed that in all bay we are the only team wearing a yellow shirt! She was happy about it since we are participating the April calendar activities, she told us that she will order pizza for us! YESSS! hehehe.. teamwork works again! hope we could win the decorate our bay next week! I'll tell you more about it if whether we win or not. (hopefully!) :)
