TS training

Were done with cs ( customer service) training last week. Now the grilling part will about to begin... gulp...

Our trainer will be coming from US to teach us the ts part of the web hosting account. Our trainer Cash told us that we are privilege to be taught by the master of web hosting of earthlink. For me, its a mixed feeling... excitement and nervousness. A bit apprehensive I could say but generally exited what will happen to us for the next 4 weeks of training.

I know this is a tough decision for me to change account but hey! I'm the one who did this, I'm the one responsible for my transfer account . So deal with it. I know this is just nervousness because I'm leaving behind my comfort zone and I'm exploring new knowledge and new challenge.
