I am Earthlink

June 3 we started product training for Earthlink. Its an adjustment for me since its a combination of customer service and technical issues that we are going to handle. Our trainer Cash, is nice, willing and ready to help us out. We were given a week and 3 days to train for CS then will hit the floor for a week to have a taste of it them back to training class for TS this time.. So... tomorrow's the big night... heehee.. I'm still not sure about it but I will sure have the hang of it in the future. new challenge huh! Good luck to us!
