


Day 1.
First day of 90 days torture.The beginning of endless battle to stick with a diet plan to win the most appreciated 3k. hehehe...
I"m thinking what strategy to use against Marky.Got to thinking.. water therapy? fruit diet? veggie diet? no rice? wheat bread diet? hmmm... so many choices but the big issue is, can I stick to the plan????
Today I got up around 3:48 am, looked into cupboards and found my Shake! my long lost abandoned Shake! nyahahaha! so I prepared the stuff, drink 1 glass of water add the vitamins that I still have and prepared for work. I'm thinking Ill fix myself another shake for lunch and a regular dinner afterwards? sounds good?
Well its a good plan for me but I'll try to check if its effective or not. So Marky, watch out! hahaha! big words huh? please pray for me.. avid readers.. hehehe
I'll update you tomorrow what happens if I was able to stick with the stupid shake diet i got into.
