
Chat support was over... did I mentioned that last year I was chat support for say... 5 months? Well, that was the most enjoyable and fun to do being chat agent. You have all the time in the world to look for answers and if not transfer? hahaha! just kidding. :P
I can say that it made my life much much easy, so easy it makes me sleep! That's the biggest challenge of not talking, you can browse all you want but if there's queue, well you just have to huddle everything to take all chats ( some customer think they are the only one I'm supporting!)
But good things never last... it ended as much as I want it to last. I think that was August? And when I started taking calls again, it felt different, I think my voice enjoyed it too much that it causes too many sore throats! Went extreme last December when one of the EENT doctor told me that I'm candidate for tonsillectomy! Oh no! I love my throat so I began to be more conscious of what I'm eating and drinking ( goodbye sweets! T_T)
How I wish that I can go back as chat agent, or if ever move out of here look for a non voice account? But what's bothering me is that if I go to a non voice account, what happens to my salary? Will it support me and my other responsibility? That's the biggest challenge for me. That's what scared me.
Hopefully I can find a job that will be as easy as this.. hopefully! hehe ( I envied the picture here.. sana ganyan din ako habang nag cchat! hahahaha!)
